Dr. Joe Parets attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry in 2009. Following graduation, he completed a year of advance training at the Hartford Hospital General Practice Residency program.
Dr. Parets is presently an attending dentist in the General Practice Residency program at Hartford Hospital and serves as the Vice President for the Hartford Dental Society.
As a pre-doctoral student, Dr. Parets organized a dental mission trip to Tobati, Paraguay to provide oral hygiene instruction and tooth extractions for underserved families.
Dr. Parets grew up in New Jersey and has been living in the Greater Hartford area since 2005. He currently lives in West Hartford with his wife and three children.
Dr. Parets is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association , the Hartford Dental Society.
Dr. Sara Kerin is a Hartford native. She did her undergraduate work at Georgetown University and completed her dental education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2013. She is a member of the OKU Dental Honors Society. While at UConn she coordinated numerous community outreach programs and spent time in the Dominican Republic educating and treating refugee farm workers near Santo Domingo.
After dental school Dr. Kerin moved to Colorado to attend the Denver VA Hospital's General Practice Residency program where she was exposed to advanced treatment modalities, including implant placement. She practiced dentistry in Colorado for 5 years before returning to Connecticut to join Comprehensive Dental Care.
Dr. Kerin is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association, and the Hartford Dental Society. She participates in a Spear Study Club and serves on the board of HAVEN, a non-profit serving healthcare professionals suffering from chemical dependency, emotional/behavioral disorders or physical/mental illnesses.
She lives in Bloomfield with her husband, son and two German Shepherds. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, crafting, seeing live music and being outside. From hiking to snowboarding to paddle boarding, she loves being active.
Dr. Rosenlieb earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Bucknell University, and he received his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania . Dr. Rosenlieb is a member of the American Dental Association , the CSDA, and the Hartford Dental Society .
Dr. Rosenlieb is presently a senior attending dentist in the General Practice Residency program at Hartford Hospital and also the treasurer of their Dental Department.
Originally from Exton, Pa, Dr. Rosenlieb lives in West Hartford with his wife Machelle and their two children, Natalie and Christopher.
In his spare time, he enjoys golf, skiing, biking, scuba diving and Porsches.
Dr. Abel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University. He is also a graduate of The University of Connecticut Dental School where he successfully completed a two-year post-graduate Family Practice Residency program. Dr. Abel is a member of the American Dental Association, the CSDA and the Hartford Dental Society. He is also a member of The Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Abel is a life-long Connecticut resident, presently living in West Hartford with his wife Margie and their son Adam. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golf and hiking.
A Connecticut native, Dr. Stasulis grew up in Madison and completed her undergraduate education at Lehigh University. She then received her dental degree in 2008 from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she met her husband Dr. Craig Stasulis. During this time she participated in dental mission trips to both Chile and Belize. Dr. Stasulis graduated dental school earning the AGD Award, Fox Award, Marion Mattioli Award and is an alumni member of the OKU Dental Honors Society.
Dr. Stasulis has been practicing general dentistry in Connecticut since her graduation and is a member of the CSDA, ADA and HDS. In her free time she enjoys racquet sports of all kind, golf, skiing, gardening, hiking, being an Ambassador for Elizabeth Park and most of all spending time with her husband and 3 sons Henry, Allen and William.
Meet our Hygienists
Kylie
Prior to pursuing a career in dental hygiene, Kylie graduated from UConn with a degree in Communications. She graduated from the Tunxis Community College Dental Hygiene program and enjoys creating relationships and making her patients feel comfortable.
When she’s not cleaning teeth, Kylie enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Karen
Karen lives in Old Wethersfield and enjoys bowling, the UConn Women’s Basketball Team and summers at the beach.
Galina
Galina and her family emigrated to the United States from the former Soviet Union in 1989. She has one grown daughter and grandson who live in Miami. Reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends are Galina’s favorite pastimes.
Eralda
Eralda emigrated to the United States from Albania with her husband in 2006. She has two teenage sons, lots of chickens and a thriving garden. The office always looks forward to the days she brings in fresh baked bread, eggs and other treats from her garden.
Kelley
Kelley lives in Unionville with her husband, three sons, two cats and a dog. During the warm weather, she and her family enjoy boating on Tyler Lake. Kelley loves cooking and maintains a large garden in the summer.
